JUMP SCHOOL, WorkHard Performance's signature class, is designed to build explosive power and agility by focusing on key elements of athletic performance. This class targets ankle, knee, and hip stability, creating a solid foundation to enhance range of motion and prevent injury. 1 Assessment Appointment
This single drop-in session allows you to attend any one group class. This one session gives someone who lives out of town or far away the flexibility to join one of our signature classes. Once the drop-in class is purchased the class will be booked through the app under schedule and classes section.

This monthly group subscription package allows you to attend any two group classes per week, or eight sessions per month, giving you the flexibility to choose workouts that fit your schedule goals. The monthly subscription fee is billed automatically based on the date of purchase. Once registered for the membership all classes will be booked through the app under schedule and classes section.
2 Group Classes Per Week
This monthly group subscription package allows you to attend any three group classes per week, or twelve sessions per month, giving you the flexibility to choose workouts that fit your schedule goals. This personal training package is for four one-on-one coaching sessions with a trainer. The personal training package will be a one time purchase and used as you schedule. Once purchased all personal training sessions can be booked through the app or with the coach. All personal training sessions require a 24 hour cancellation to avoid the session being deducted from the session balance. All rescheduling within the 24 hour window is up to the discretion of the trainer.
